Booking Procedure

  • STEP 1 - Petersham Public School students only to apply during the first stage of applications. Petersham only booking period runs until Sunday 11th June.

  • STEP 2 - Students not attending Petersham Public School can be booked on and after Monday 12th June.

  • STEP 3 - Parents receive written confirmation listing their successful bookings, fees and payment arrangements. Confirmation emails will be sent between Monday 19th and Friday 23rd June for all booking applications received by the closing date.

Please note that entering bookings through the family lounge or via email is an application only and is subject to Federal Government Priority of Access rules as well as PACC's Enrolment and Orientation Policy.

All booking requests must be accompanied by a Priority of Access Form.

Applications for non-Petersham Public School students must not be made before Monday 12th of June. 

Vacation Care bookings will be made via the 'My Family Lounge' portal. New users may wish to view this tutorial video for assistance.
